Initial Consultation (1:1)

    • Client advocacy:

      • Encouraging self-advocacy

      • Medical - referrals, community programs etc.

    • Person-centered treatment plans which may include:

      • Basic counselling and appropriate referral services

      • Exploration of your relationship to substance/s and patterns of use

      • Goal setting

      • Nature-based therapies suited to individual requirements, abilities and interest

      • Herbal medicine to support the body & mind’s transition through the different stages of addiction

  • Investigations, functional testing & pathology test analysis to identify biological impacts and underlying cause/s to determine the best course of action

  • After each initial consult, time is spent researching and putting together a thorough, individualised care plan. Please allow 3 - 10 days for receiving your plan and prescription. A quick 5-min phone call (free of charge) may be required for confirmation of prescription prior to sending out.

    Costs: 60min $140 / 90min $210 - incl. extra time post-consultation, spent researching and curating your treatment plan.

Follow-Up & Acute Consultations (1:1)

  • Follow up appointments are important for optimised care and best results. Chronic issues take time to assist the body back towards a balanced state, so further consultations may be recommended to achieve sustained results. The goal is to help our clients gain the tools & knowledge to be self-sufficient in their personal picture of optimal health.

    Other factors visited within a Follow up appointment:

    • Analysis of testing (pathology) results & further investigation if required

    • Tweaking and/or reassessing prescriptions

    • 10% off RRP of prescribed herbs

    Cost: 30 - 45min $90

  • Acute consultations are available to those wanting assistance with symptomatic relief of an acute condition such as cold/flu, acute pain from injury or period pain for example.

    Other factors visited within an Acute consultation:

    • Symptomatic relief from acute illness with herbal medicine - particularly useful in cases of lowered immunity

    • Functional testing if required

    • 10% off RRP of prescribed herbs

Flower Essence Consultation

  • For those wanting more support and guidance in personalised flower essence therapy.

  • The consultation price includes 1x 30mL dosage bottle of a personalised flower essence blend.

  • What to expect from this session:

    • Questions on your present situation, emotional/spiritual and physical wellbeing

    • Elemental & astrological matching of flowers, if you consent to providing Jaynaya your birth time and location for natal chart analysis

    • Discussion on plant allies that may be suited

    • Personalised guidance in taking & working with your flowers

    • Animal care with flower remedies

    Cost: 30min $90
