SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 receive free postage (excluding bulk custom orders & express post).

  • Standard Postage: Our standard shipping typically takes 5 - 10 business days from the time you receive your confirmation email.

  • Express Postage: For quicker delivery, choose Express shipping with an estimated arrival of 2 – 4 business days post-confirmation email.

  • Free Shipping for orders under $150 ONLY applies to seed purchases without tracking. You will be subjected to pay postage before your items are shipped out if you select this option with other products.

In the rare case that you haven't received your order within 10 business days (excluding public holidays) after your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@dose-botanicals.com with your name and order number for prompt assistance.

For Personalised or Custom Orders, shipping times may fluctuate based on the size and nature of your order. Please communicate via email with Jaynaya for a detailed discussion once you have placed your order.

At present, we only offer shipping within Australia. We are actively exploring international shipping options, including legal compliance and cost considerations, with the aim to make our products available to customers overseas in the future.

Handling Procedure

We take great care in handling your orders.

Orders are processed every Monday and dispatched on the following Tuesday. For instance, if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it will be processed the next Monday and shipped out on Tuesday. As DOSE Botanicals is a one-person operation based in a semi-rural area, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, a second email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Upon receipt, kindly inspect your order. If you encounter any issues such as incorrect items, defects, or damage, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems and ensuring your satisfaction.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds

In the event that your product arrives damaged, we're here to help. Please send an email with a photograph of the damaged product and your order number to info@dose-botanicals.com. Unfortunately, refunds will not be granted for change of mind or unintentional purchases.

Upon receipt of your return, we will conduct an inspection and subsequently notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically through the original payment method. Please be patient as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

Returns

Our policy permits returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with an unbroken seal. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiate a return by contacting us at info@dose-botanicals.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Please note, returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Please be aware that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to custom formulations, bulk bottles for custom orders, consultations, functional pathology & testing, personalised herbal medicine, and flower essence blends.

As per the National Health Act and Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) guidelines, DOSE Botanicals is not obligated to replace or refund any medicinal product unless it is faulty or has been tampered with at the time of sale. Additionally, the re-dispensing of medicine previously dispensed to another patient is prohibited by law.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

To secure an exchange swiftly, return your item and upon acceptance, place a separate order for the desired item.
