After we receive notification of your order, you will receive a personal confirmation email from Jaynaya with our next available date & time according to your mentioned availabilities. If there has been a change of circumstances in your availabilities, please let us know and we will work according to your new schedule.
In the confirmation email, you will receive our Privacy Policy, Disclosure Agreement and our Terms & Conditions documents. Please read and sign these, returning prior to your appointment.
If you do not receive a personal confirmation email within 7 days of making your payment, please send through another email. We endeavour to respond efficiently at all times, however sometimes there are inevitable technical difficulties that may disrupt administration.

Recent pathology/investigations results:
o Obtaining and providing a copy of any recent pathology or imaging results may help us to have a better picture of how your personal organ systems are functioning as a whole. Please only send copies to our end-to-end encrypted email address (dosebotanicals@protonmail.com) to ensure your privacy. We have the option to order specific functional testing however, it is at the client’s cost.
Telehealth:
o This is a confidential setting, so please make sure you have some privacy upon entering the online session
o Preferable to have a working headset, microphone, and camera
o Prior to your session you will receive an email with a link to enter the online space
o No recordings will take place other than the case notes taken during your session for your personal file (to understand how your information is stored, please read the Privacy Policy)

Prescriptions & Treatment plan:
o Prescriptions & hard-copy treatment plans may take 5 – 10 days to be received unless acutely urgent. This is because time is required to develop your completely personalised treatment plan. Herbal medicines are made to order due to the individualised nature of each person’s needs.
